1. About These Terms

These terms govern your relationship with Threadkin, an educational workshop provider operating at 459 Lat Phrao Road, Chom Phon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand. By making an enquiry, placing a booking, or attending any of our sessions, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

These terms are subject to Thai law. Any dispute arising from them will be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

2. Nature of Our Services

All services offered by Threadkin are educational in nature. Our programmes teach practical organisation, structured communication frameworks, and records-keeping habits. Nothing in our sessions, materials, guides, or communications constitutes professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice.

Our three current programmes are:

• Personal Records Starter Appointment — a one-hour individual session on setting up a personal records archive. Price: ฿5,800 THB.

• Family Conversation Workshop — a two-session group workshop on structured communication frameworks. Price: ฿16,500 THB.

• Household Records Coordination Programme — a five-week home-visit programme for household records organisation. Price: ฿29,500 THB.

If at any point you require professional guidance — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise — we respectfully ask that you seek a qualified practitioner. We are not in a position to provide such guidance, and nothing in our workshops should be taken as a substitute for it.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from Threadkin and the applicable deposit or full payment has been received. Until both conditions are met, we cannot hold a date or time on your behalf.

For group workshops, a minimum participant number may apply. We will communicate this to you at the time of enquiry. If minimum numbers are not reached, we will contact you with alternative arrangements at least seven days before the scheduled session.

For the Household Records Coordination Programme, home-visit scheduling is agreed in writing between Threadkin and the household representative before the programme begins.

4. Payment

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment details are provided in the booking confirmation. We accept bank transfer to our designated account. Full payment must be received before the first session begins unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed in advance.

Prices published on this website are current at the time of display. We reserve the right to adjust prices for future bookings with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us in writing at [email protected] or call +66 2 695 8413. The date of your written notice determines which tier applies.

6. Cancellation by Threadkin

In the event that Threadkin needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control — including educator illness, venue unavailability, or significant disruption — we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer either a full rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time or a full refund.

We will not be liable for any indirect costs you may have incurred in connection with a cancelled session, including travel or accommodation expenses.

7. Conduct During Sessions

Our workshops are small and calm by design. We ask all participants to treat educators and fellow participants with consideration. If a participant's conduct significantly disrupts a session, Threadkin reserves the right to ask them to leave. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

For home-visit programmes, a responsible adult must be present at the household address during all scheduled visits. Threadkin staff will always arrive at the agreed time and will not enter any area of the home beyond the workspace agreed at the start of the programme.

8. Materials and Intellectual Property

Printed guides, folder templates, reference cards, and all other written materials distributed in our workshops remain the intellectual property of Threadkin. Participants are welcome to use them personally and to share them with family members in the spirit of the programme. Commercial reproduction, resale, or adaptation of our materials is not permitted without prior written consent.

The Threadkin name, logo, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Threadkin's liability to any participant is limited to the total amount paid by that participant for the specific programme in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from participation in our workshops or from the use of our materials.

Our workshops are educational. Decisions a participant makes after attending — including any decisions related to their records, household, or family communications — are their own. Threadkin has no responsibility for those decisions or their outcomes.

10. Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By booking with us, you acknowledge that we will process your data as described in that document. We handle data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand.

11. Cookies and Website Use

Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. By continuing to use the website after being presented with the cookie notice, you agree to the use of cookies as described in that document.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify participants with active bookings by email. The version of these terms in effect at the time you place a booking will apply to that booking.
